District 209 Data Breach Notification
In accordance with the Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA) [105 ILCS 85/27], District 209 is committed to maintaining transparency regarding breaches of covered information. As required by law, the District will post details of any data breach involving 10% or more of the District's student population. This information will include:

The number of students whose covered information was involved in the breach.

The date of the breach or an estimate if the exact date is unknown.

The name of the operator responsible for the data involved in the breach.
